What are some successful fraternity alumni activities that work well for a fraternity returning to campus?

Our fraternity has tried a variety of different alumni activities from baseball games to cocktail nights, but none of them has really had significant turnouts. Our house was kicked off campus in 1996 and now we're coming back stronger than ever, but our alumni base has been disenfranchised by the brothers in the 80s-90s and now we're trying to rebuild a strong alumni base. What are some activities that would really draw the interest of the alums?

1. Proof beyond all doubt that the frat has changed. There no one activity that wil get you back on campus. You need have a meeting with the decent alumni asking for help Do this out of the goodness of your hearts sponsor a fund raiser and all the money goes for repairs on house who real need it badly not the lazy ones
